Shipping: One Eleven Olive Boutique offers shipping to the Continental U.S. If an order is placed with an address outside of our shipping territories, we will cancel the order.

*One Eleven Olive Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit all claims to the United States Postal Service or UPS. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

*We do offer Free Standard Shipping on orders that are over $111 within the continental United States.

*Orders placed after noon (C.T.) Friday will be processed Monday. Shipping charges and times may vary by-merchandise. A signature may be required, and there may be additional charges if more than one delivery attempt is required. This service is not available for some zip codes.

You may initiate a return within 14 days of your original purchase date for store credit to be used on a future purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be:

• In original condition
• Tags must be attached

Once your return is approved, please ensure that the item is received at the One Eleven Olive Warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date

Original shipping is non refundable.Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. *Items returned without an approval of a return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
